Today in class we will read and discuss The Sword of Surprise

Homework: compose a written response that analyzes how the poet “casts new light on things and behaviors that people often take for granted. Focus on the tone and imagery of the poem and the poet’s use of simile and metaphor.”

AP EXAM REMINDER!!!

We test on May 9th at 8:00 am

Test format:

45% of exam Section I – 55 questions (60 minutes)
55% of exam Section II – 3 essays (120 minutes)
